Louise is one of our regular caterers here at Sheldon and we are pleased to recommend her. She produces high quality meals and is very popular with our groups at Sheldon.

Catering by Caroline

Although not living on Sheldon's doorstep, Caroline is familiar with the Sheldon set up. She is very happy to be booked to cater here and has good feedback. She offers a good range of menu options including vegetarian and vegan. Caroline can be contacted at Country Made Catering on 07833 901281

Louise  delights in providing tasty and nutritious meals for people to come together and enjoy during their stay at Sheldon. Together with her team she offers and warm and friendly service whilst catering to the specific needs of your group. She can provide a varied range and style of menus including international dishes, wholefoods, home cooking, buffets - all designed around your preferences. We offer for vegetarian and vegan and meat menus.

Costs based on an average priced menu for 15 -20 people

Catering staff including 2 cooks and kitchen assistant £600 p/day (breakfast, lunch & supper)

Food costs for an average priced menu £150-200 p/day

Total cost p/day for group of 15 -20 £750 - £800 d/day which is £15-£20 pp p/day

Please be aware that the cost of food has increased substantially in current times and may increase.

Staff costs are based on a group 10 – 35 people

Payments

Please make a deposit of 30% to secure your booking and we ask for the remaining balance to be paid 6 weeks before arrival.

Changes

We understand that life can be unpredictable and where possible we ask that any changes you need to make to your booking such as dietary requirements or numbers, that you let us know 2 weeks prior to arrival.

Armenian lentil & apricot soup, cheese spread, bread rolls

Chocolate Brownie with cream

Menu 2 (vegetarian option available)

Breakfast

Porridge and cereals

Boiled eggs

Toast and conserves

Lunch

Ham and pea soup with toasted almonds & Herb coulis, Baguette, Pearl couscous salad, guacamole, Salad, Fresh fruit

Afternoon tea

Teas, Coffees and biscuits

Supper

Sausage tray bake, Garlic butter fan potatoes and seasonal vegetables

Sticky toffee pudding with custard
