R5 (Low Sunday) with optional Art

Low Sunday makes this an ideal getaway date for a post-Easter break. Sociable mealtimes and all the regular resources of Sheldon like chapels (including daily liturgy), labyrinth, art shed and library. Sheldon also has lots of outdoor space to wander and enjoy and indoors we do warm and cosy with close attention to air quality.
This week we will have an Artist in Residence. Charmaine Host will be in the Art Shed each morning making work in response to the Sheldon external environment and inner experience during the course of the week. She will be available informally to help and encourage anyone who would like ideas on how to "get started", whether you've never picked up a paintbrush before or would like to explore more widely. Spring at Sheldon will provide plenty of inspiration for playing with paint and exploring image making with whatever is to hand. Completely optional to dip into if you feel like it.
1:1 sessions available for people in ministry, plus some massage sessions.
This event is open to everyone.
