R5 (early October) with optional art

How about a post-Michaelmass pause, breathe and recollect yourself? An R5 week is totally flexible for you to use as you find you need. Sociable mealtimes and all the regular resources of Sheldon like chapels (including daily liturgy), labyrinth, art shed and library. Sheldon also has lots of outdoor space to wander and enjoy and indoors we do comfortable simplicity with en-suite rooms and close attention to air quality in communal spaces.
This week we will have an Artist in Residence. Sue Ashby-Davis will be in the Art Shed each morning making art in response to something that has caught her eye or imagination around Sheldon. She will be pleased to offer informal help and encouragement to anyone who would like ideas on how to "get started". The Art Shed is packed with lovely materials to play with whether you already feel confident in that environment or come as a tentative beginner. Completely optional to dip into if you feel like it.
1:1 sessions available for people in ministry, plus some massage sessions.
